Dr. Nick Heiss

Dr. Heiss was born in O’Neill and raised just 15 miles away in the small town of Page. Growing up in small-town Nebraska instilled in him the values of hard work, kindness, and respect—principles that continue to shape the care he provides today.
His personal journey into chiropractic care began after a rollover accident that left him struggling with severe neck pain and recurring vertigo. Through chiropractic treatment, he experienced firsthand the life-changing impact of natural, focused care. That experience sparked a passion for helping others regain their health, mobility, and quality of life.
Dr. Heiss earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Athletic Training from Midland Lutheran College, where he was also a member of the football team. He later attended Radiologic Technology School in Omaha, becoming a certified X-ray Technician before pursuing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker College of Chiropractic in 2009. Since then, he has proudly served patients in Lincoln and the surrounding communities.
With extensive training in a wide variety of chiropractic and physiotherapy techniques, Dr. Heiss specializes in the specific prone technique while also incorporating elements of Gonstead, Diversified, Extremities, Sports Medicine, Activator, and Zone Technique into personalized patient care plans. Dr. Heiss is a frequent speaker at both local and national chiropractic conferences and an active member of the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association and the Zone School of Healing.
Dr. Heiss and his wife live in Lincoln with their four daughters. Outside the office, they enjoy spending time outdoors and attending sporting events.
